Fastest animal on two legs

Ostriches are superb runners that can sprint at speeds of up to 45 mph (72 km/h) on average, with a peak 60 mph (96.6 km/h) during short periods, with 12 foot strides. This also makes the ostrich the fastest animal on two legs.

The ostrich can stand more than 9 feet tall, weigh 350 pounds and run faster than anything else on two legs; but in the end, this living feather duster is all avian 

Ostriches and zebras often live together to protect each other from predators. The ostrich can see better and the zebra can hear or smell danger better.
