Red Cross & Red Crescent

The Red Cross Society is more or less a western aid agency with backing from countries in the Americas and Europe.

The Red Crescent Society is backed by muslim nations to accomplish the same sort of emergency aid in muslim countries.

The goal was to avoid political controversy and get aid to where it is needed, and also to avoid problems with "Christian" aid workers inside muslim countries.

Both societies have the same general goals: to collect donations for aid and to provide it wherever it's needed in the world. They work together to some degree and are both considered highly ethical aid agencies.

Muslim countries do not like the symbol Cross and so they swap it with the Crescent.

123 - 45 - 67 + 89 = 100.

123 + 4 - 5 + 67 - 89 = 100.

123 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 + 8 - 9 = 100.
